Zoom Physiotherapy Appointments
Our Zoom Physiotherapy appointments are the same price as our attended appointments because they take the same amount of time. We can provide an excellent appointment via Zoom which will still involve an assessment and an accurate diagnosis, education and rehabilitation. Your rehabilitation programme will usually be emailed to you via our Physitrack package and it will include videos and narrated descriptions of your exercises.
Zoom Pilates
Most of our Pilates classes are live streamed via Zoom. This is a slightly cheaper way of participating in our Physiotherapist-led Pilates timetable. Please see our Pilates section on this website for more info.
