Toby qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2014 and immediately began working in Princess of Wales hospital as a rotational Physio. He worked in this position for 3 years before progressing as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. Since then, he has worked across several major hospital sites in South Wales, including Morriston and Llandough, developing a breadth of experience and knowledge to become a well-rounded practitioner.
He continues to develop his practice by attending seminars and lectures held by industry leaders such as Alison Grimaldi and Ian Gatt and is currently completing a Strength and Conditioning course to further develop his clinical expertise. He has also developed a clinical interest in patients with neck and head pain.
Aside from his clinical career, he is a keen martial artist. After competing at national level at Tae-Kwon-Do, he now coaches Cardiff University Kickboxing Club and has successfully taken multiple competitors to national level.
