Jess Lawrence

Jess graduated from Cardiff University in 2018 with a First-Class Honours in Physiotherapy. Having started her career as a rotational Physiotherapist in the NHS, she now specialises as an inpatient Physiotherapist in Surgery.

Jess's journey to teaching Pilates began as a student when she volunteered to support a Physiotherapist-led Pilates class, where she first began to appreciate the value Pilates has in optimising physical wellbeing. Having then commenced her Pilates training in 2019, Jess loves teaching her classes as well as applying the principles in her NHS role, most especially for those recovering from abdominal surgery or critical illness.
