Henry Davies

Henry graduated from Cardiff University in 2021. Most of his life has revolved around sport and physical activities and he always had an interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and strength and conditioning and these interests are reflected in his approach to rehab; taking an active approach to improve function and quality of life. He also works as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in the NHS and with MMA athletes, helping them with rehabilitation, recovery and fight camp conditioning preparation and in PPP, helping people recover from injuries and return to function.
