Georgie Field

Georgie qualified as a chartered physiotherapist from Cardiff university in 2022. Since then she has completed a variety of rotations in the Cardiff and Vale health board and she continues to work as a physiotherapist within Cardiff.

She joined PPP in September 2024 as one of their Pilates instructors after she  went through the  APPI for her Pilates training. She teaches matwork Pilates classes that are both effective and accessible. Her goal is to support and empower her clients, creating a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels confident and motivated to reach their potential.

In her spare time she enjoys running and swimming and just generally being outside!
