Chris Mahy

Chris graduated from Cardiff University in 2022 with a First-Class honours in Physiotherapy, alongside acquiring a level 4 sports massage qualification. Since graduating he has worked in various fields including trauma and orthopaedics within the NHS building a wealth of skills and knowledge, particularly relevant to fracture and operation rehabilitation. He has now specialised in the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, motivated by using collaborative approaches with people to improve their health-literacy. Privately, Chris has worked individually with semi-professional footballers with aspirations of progressing their careers.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys and active lifestyle playing football, exploring nature, listening to music and eating good food!
